NEED A HAND OR WANT TO LEND A HAND? This community food drive and luncheon is for you.
Now through Nov. 15, the Santa Fe Family Life Center is collecting non-perishable food items that will be distributed to SNAP recipients at a free community lunch set for 1 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 16.
TO HELP: Bring canned foods, dry cereal, noodles and other shelf stable meals that will help keep Oklahomans fed to our location at 6300 N. Santa Fe, which is just off Broadway Extension and 63rd Street.
TO RECEIVE HELP: Bags of groceries will be available until supplies run out on the day of the community luncheon, which is open to SNAP recipients and their immediate families.
They will be serving lunch AND sending attendees home with a bag of groceries for their families, but they need your help to make it happen!
The luncheon is free for 200 participants, who must pre-register. Need help?
